The world's largest clean energy corridor: a sustainable engine for a greener future

Stretching over 1,800 kilometers, the world's largest clean?energy corridor is comprised of six mega cascade hydropower stations: Wudongde, Baihetan, Xiluodu, Xiangjiaba, Three?Gorges and Gezhouba. Since 2021, this corridor has generated over 1.4 trillion kWh of green electricity, offsetting 400 million tonnes of standard coal and cutting 1.1 billion tonnes of CO? emissions — equivalent to planting over three million hectares of broad-leaved forest.
